This hotel boasts a great location with plenty of dining options nearby, with a shopping mall and supermarket just steps away. the staff is known for their friendly and welcoming attitude, ensuring guests feel at home. the breakfast buffet is known for being delicious with a variety of East Javanese dishes. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and HD TVs for entertainment.
Some guests have reported issues with the water pressure in the shower, leading to a less than satisfactory experience.

Spent a lovely Christmas in a hotel located near a shopping mall, and it was just perfect! the hotel staff made our stay really comfortable and easy. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options for us to choose from, including local delicacies and the rooms were well-maintained.
The bathroom experience could have been better as the water pressure was very low and the bathroom floor kept getting wet. But this only minimally affected our overall experience, and everything else about the hotel more than made up for it.

The mall was conveniently located, and we only had to take a short walk to find a variety of restaurants and cafes that met our needs. the staff was quite friendly and helpful, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food, and we especially enjoyed trying out the local dishes.
there was a lot of noise coming from outside, which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, no one was willing to help us change our room, and we had to deal with the problem throughout our stay.

We stayed here with our family and we really enjoyed our time. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is connected to a mall and a supermarket. We didn't have to go far to get bottled water or go out for meals at one of the many nearby dining venues. The hotel facilities were great and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite at all times during our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.
